A "To Do What Matters Most" List
Not a check box but a check in...join us to learn more...
As I read the first chapters of the wonderful book by my friend and mentor, best selling author Karen Salmansohn, I am inspired to re-imagine how I live my life.
I have already changed how I wake in the morning, and take time to journal, let in the sunlight, and take a few minutes to meditate.
It is motivating me to stop making “To Do” lists - either in my head on an endless loop, on paper I lose, or on the computer I avoid.
I just had a recent health scare and my brush with mortality is a wake up call, and Karen’s book is the answer I needed to find.
I want to make the most of every moment I have left, and Karen is my Guide.
I have the honor to interview her and ask her all the questions that will help me - and you - focus on what we can do now to add more joy.
Please join us on Friday, July 18th at 10:30 Central.
Here’s a sample of what we will discuss.
A To-Do List reminds you to pick up your dry cleaning, answer emails, and buy more almond milk. It keeps your life efficient. It checks the boxes. It moves the day forward.
But a To-Die List?
A To-Die List reminds you to pick up your core values.
It asks:
☑️ Did you speak your truth today?
☑️ Did you show up with love?
☑️ Did you say what mattered to the people who matter most?
☑️ Did you create beauty?
☑️ Did you laugh loudly, forgive freely, rest deeply, give generously?
A To-Die List doesn’t just move the day forward. It moves your soul forward.
It’s not about checking boxes—it’s about checking in:
With your heart.
With your purpose.
With your legacy.
Because one day,
when all the errands are done and the emails stop coming,
The only list that will matter
Is the one that proves
You truly lived.
Karen and I hope you can join us - and even watch the replay.
