1. A Circle, Not a Stage
No one is above or below.
There is no teacher and student—only shared wisdom.
The circle is a sacred symbol of unity, equality, and continuity.
Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
“We don’t come to fix or save. We come to see, hear, and hold space.”
2. A Safe Space to Simply Be
There is no pressure to perform or explain.
The only “rule” is authenticity—your truth in your time.
People can pass, cry, laugh, or say nothing at all.
It's not therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic.
3. Guided by the Heart, Rooted in Spirit
Every Circle is infused with intention and spiritual presence (you often begin with a reading, meditation, or breathwork.
It’s an energetic space for healing, not just a gathering.
Includes practices like:
“Just for now…” meditations
Angel/guide reflections
Holding silence and stillness
4. A Community Beyond Circumstances
Whether someone is grieving, healing from addiction, supporting a loved one, or simply feeling lost—this space is for them. OR if you want to share your wisdom and experience with others.
No credentials needed. No diagnosis required.
Shared humanity is the only prerequisite.
5. Giving and Receiving as Sacred Acts
“To give is to receive. To receive is an act of grace.”
Everyone brings something—even if it’s silence or presence.
Participants learn to ask for what they need and offer what they feel called to give.
6. Not Just a Meeting—A Movement
These circles are ripples in the collective healing of the world.
They model compassionate listening, nonjudgmental connection, and the miracle of presence.
The goal is not to grow big fast, but to grow deep—one soul at a time.
7. What a Typical Circle Looks Like
Welcome & Opening Blessing
“Just for now…” reflection or reading
Individual check-ins or rounds (optional sharing)
Thematic sharing or journaling
Silence, breathing, or spiritual practices
Closing words or quote
Optional follow-up for those needing extra care
8. Who Leads a Circle?
Anyone with an open heart and a listening spirit
No need to be a therapist, coach, or healer
You lead by being, not by doing
You model presence, honesty, and nonjudgment
"You don’t need a title to be a light in someone’s darkness."
We are all Channels of Love and Beacons of Light and Angels and Guides for each other.
