You're Not Walking Your Path Alone
Breathe.
Whatever is going on in your life right now—any challenge, conflict, worry, or uncertainty—it helps to remember that you are not alone.
The following meditation emerged from a beautiful conversation in my Joy in Business group with the wonderful Laurel Bleadon-Maffei.
It is a gentle reminder that life becomes much easier when we stop trying to be perfect, let go of harsh self-judgment, and release our worries about what others may think of us.
When we soften our grip on fear and trust the wisdom of our hearts, we create more space for grace, joy, and peace to enter.
Take a breath, settle in, and allow these words to wash over you. May they remind you of who you truly are—and how deeply supported you are on your journey.
As always, let’s start with a BREATH.
Breathe deeply into your heart and remember that you are not walking through this threshold alone.
As you prepare for travels, talks, projects, creative endeavors, and all the physical and spiritual journeys ahead, place everything gently into the Light.
Allow yourself to receive divine attunement.
Allow yourself to receive divine grace.
You are moving through a time of expansion.
Some parts of you welcome that expansion with excitement and anticipation.
Other parts may feel fear, worry, anxiety, overwhelm, or perfectionism as they scramble to keep up with what is unfolding.
Welcome them all.
Each part requires a different conversation. A different level of patience. A different invitation to trust. There is no need to judge any of them. They are all trying to help in the only ways they know how.
Send light to every part of yourself across all dimensions of time.
Send light to the younger parts.
The worried parts.
The tired parts.
The parts carrying old stories, responsibilities, expectations, and fears.
Allow them all to feel seen, loved, and safe.
Breathe deeply into your heart chakra.
Allow your lungs to expand fully.
Allow yourself to release what no longer needs to be carried.
Send extra light into your shoulders and back, into every place where tension has settled. Let the tightness soften. Let the burden become lighter.
Allow yourself to come into your Higher Self.
Into the wholeness of who you truly are.
Into the sacred presence that lives beneath all the noise, worry, and striving.
Imagine your greater spirit creating a sanctuary for every aspect of your being. A safe and loving place where all your parts can rest, heal, and belong.
Bring your awareness to your solar plexus and your heart.
Invite the exact energy you need for this next chapter.
Not the energy of force or struggle, but the energy of grace, trust, clarity, courage, and peace.
Trust that there are miracles already unfolding.
There are pathways of ease being prepared for you.
There are moments of grace that will delight your heart.
There are solutions you cannot yet see and blessings already making their way toward you.
And for whatever feels challenging, heavy, or uncertain, remember this:
You do not have to carry it alone.
There is a team of light walking beside you. Angels. Guides. Loved ones in spirit. Divine wisdom. Infinite love.
Invite them onto the journey.
Ask them to travel with you. To support your conversations, your creativity, your healing, your relationships, and your purpose.
Allow yourself to be guided.
Allow yourself to be supported.
Allow yourself to be loved.
Breathe.
Trust.
Receive.
And step forward knowing that grace is already preparing the way. 💙
